Our neighborhoods are facing serious pressure, and residents are saying the same thing every day: public safety is slipping, housing costs are crushing families, traffic and infrastructure are getting worse, development is moving without real community input, and redistricting fights are creating uncertainty. I hear you loud and clear.

Restore Public Safety & Stop Street Chaos

Queens has already seen how illegal street takeovers, reckless driving, and noise chaos can put entire neighborhoods at risk.

Push for zero-tolerance enforcement on illegal street takeovers, reckless driving, drag racing, and repeat noise chaos.
Increase NYPD coordination, traffic enforcement, and camera deployment in problem corridors.
Support tougher penalties for repeat offenders who terrorize our streets.

Protect District 11 With Smart, Balanced Planning

People here are not against progress. They are against being ignored while oversized projects threaten traffic, parking, schools, and neighborhood character.

Demand real community hearings before major rezoning or oversized developments.
Fight for infrastructure first and development second.
Protect one- and two-family neighborhood character where appropriate.
Require parking, school capacity, and traffic impact review before approvals move forward.

Tackle the Housing Crisis Without Destroying Our Communities

Queens families are under serious housing pressure, but the answer cannot be overdevelopment pushed from above without neighborhood fit.

Support affordable housing that fits the neighborhood instead of forced overdevelopment.
Push for middle-class housing, senior housing, and first-time homebuyer support.
Fight policies that let developers profit while local families lose ground.
Demand school seats, parking, transit, and sewer upgrades with every housing plan.

Fix Traffic, Roads, and Failing Infrastructure

Regional congestion, spillover traffic, lane disruptions, and neglected repairs are all making daily life harder for Queens drivers and commuters.

Fight for state transportation funding that benefits Queens, not just Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Push for safer intersections, smarter signal timing, and better traffic flow on local arteries.
Prioritize road repairs, pothole response, and real neighborhood congestion relief.

I am running because Queens District 11 should never be treated like an afterthought. We need safer streets, lower housing pressure, smart development instead of reckless rezoning, better roads and traffic solutions, and honest representation that puts residents first.
