A New Voice for District 11:

For over 25 years, our district’s representation has remained stagnant, while our neighborhoods have faced new and growing challenges.

Adam Azam is running for State Senate to bring fresh energy, true community empowerment, and a seat at the table for everyone—not just the well-connected.

As a community leader and survivor of 9/11, Adam knows that a thriving Queens depends on more than just "business as usual." He is fighting to turn our diverse community into a political powerhouse. If he can fight for his full rights, he too will fight for yours.

Our Priorities for Queens:

  • LOCAL LAW 97 threatens affordability of home ownership, forcing co-ops and condos to spend millions in switching from affordable reliable natural gas to costly electrical heating. We must support affordability for ownership in district 11.
  • Civic Empowerment: Establishing political learning centers to engage our youth and ensure new voters have a voice in Albany.
  • Economic Opportunity: Supporting small businesses and working families through better infrastructure and healthcare access.
  • Inclusive Leadership: Bridging the gap for immigrant and multicultural households who have been overlooked for decades.
  • Community Resiliency: Investing in sustainable development and neighborhood safety that reflects our values.
